The way we install a system for you will vary according to which system we are installing. Most will require an icon installer for your PCs and instructions to be emailed.

If you have documentation you wish to upload and do not have the staff or time to prepare the documentation (risk assessments, client contacts, photographs, product data…whatever), we can upload and prepare the system for you.

If you wish to integrate the system into your existing software – into your accounts or PAYE package, for example – we can build bridges to automate communication and the transfer/copying of specified data.

We work with your IT providers or, if you run your own systems and do not have IT specialists, we can remotely manage your systems to ensure smooth working.

Systems, unless agreed otherwise, are leased from us on a monthly fee which includes hosting, maintenance and on-line help, as well as automated upgrades. We do not have a minimum contract time: we prefer to work with companies who want our products and want to stay with us; we always aim to work with you to give you the best service we can.
